    Payment is due on ordering and no order can be dispatched until it is paid for in full. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


    We charge in the currency of your chosen destination. If this is different to that of your card, the price will be calculated by your card issuer and charged in the currency of your card.

    For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Map of the Heart reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria. Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, it may show a pre-authorisation of the funds immediately upon order.

    Duty and Tax

    All prices are inclusive of sales tax. Any duty or import taxes imposed on import by your chosen destination territory are out of our control. If you require information on any tax and/or duty applicable to your territory please contact your local customs authority.

    Declined Payments

    If your credit card is declined please check that you have entered all the information correctly and try again. If it is rejected again please contact your credit card provider for assistance.



    We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Map of the Heart takes no responsibility for lost shipments, although we will do our best to track them.


    For information about your delivery, please refer to the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If for some reason you have not received a confirmation email, contact us at [email protected] Small orders such as samples may not be trackable.

    Destinations, Costs & Times

    Complimentary standard shipping to any of our international shipping destinations is available for all orders over €120 or in the equivalent local currency. Our estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates. Depending on your destination for delivery, it may take up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Please allow 2-4 working days before your order is dispatched.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Due to strict international transport regulations we are unable to ship our fragrances to specific countries. If your provided address falls into this, we will immediately contact you and refund your order.


    Returns and Cancellation of Products

    Map of the Heart is unable to accept returns unless via our LOVE IT, KEEP IT policy. If your product is faulty, please advise us of the issue by email at [email protected] and include your name, order number and address to arrange an exchange or return.


    To return your order, please contact our team at [email protected] with your request to return your order. Please include your invoice number and the details of the item you wish to return. Returns will not be accepted unless authorised by our team and provided with a returns authorisation number. Please wait until receiving our confirmation email from our team before returning the goods. For a full refund, your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. The return authorisation number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer and not a responsibility of Map of the Heart. Merchandise must be returned in original and saleable condition, with the tissue wrapping still intact and sealed. Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Any returns received without a return authorisation number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Map of the Heart. Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Map of the Heart.
